You will, naturally, be familiar with my work on Dark Light, the Adventure/Survival Horror hybrid that sold particularly well in Uzbekistan. Now, marvel as you read my latest design document.

August 5th, 2010I’ve been playing Starcraft 2. It is not in my nature to play strategy games when, one must remember, I have served in the forces myself many years ago. Back then, when the coats were still red, soldiers had discipline. Too often now I encounter people who know war only from these games, where you can churn out a soldier for 50 credits, wander him into the slavering maw of a hell-beast, and then replace him with a fresh recruit with nary a thought.
